As part of the upcoming
Pathways enhancements,
members will now engage more deeply with the
Toastmasters Education Series
— a cornerstone of the organization’s legacy training
materials. These classic series —
The Successful Club Series,
The Better Speaker Series,
and
The Leadership Excellence Series
— have long provided practical, experience-based
learning for members and clubs around the world. Their
inclusion in Pathways will allow members to explore
proven concepts that strengthen both individual skills
and club success.
The Successful
Club Series (Levels 3–5)
Beginning in
Levels 3, 4, and 5, members will be required to
deliver one
presentation from
The Successful Club
Series. Each level will include a curated selection
of topics to choose from, allowing flexibility based on
club needs and member interests.

An introductory mentor is
a member who unofficially supports new members
by answering questions and guiding them based on
their own experiences. If a member hasn’t begun
the Pathways Mentor Program, they can find it in
the Suggested Learning section on the Base Camp
home page once they’ve completed Level 2. |

Completing a
specialized role allows you to fill a role that
is specific to your club or a unique situation.
For example, your club may have an Online
Moderator role, or there may be a circumstance
where someone is needed to manage visual aids
for another member |

|
In Level 4, members will be introduced to The Better
Speaker Series. One presentation from this series will
be required, and Toastmasters will be free to deliver
any of the 10 titles. Topics in this series include
beginning and concluding speeches, impromptu speaking,
and how to select a speech topic. The information in
these presentations will support members in growing
their speech writing and delivery skills

will be free to present any of the 11 titles in the
series. These presentations discuss leadership topics
such as building and empowering teams, motivation, and
conflict resolution. By presenting from this series,
Toastmasters will both develop their own leadership
abilities and help their fellow members grow as leaders. |

this in mind when scheduling each club meeting, as this
may affect the content and timing of the meeting.
