Leadership Excellence Series

The Leadership Excellence Series is a set of educational presentations created by Toastmasters International. It is designed to help members learn and practice leadership skills within and outside of Toastmasters.

These modules are typically delivered as 10- to 15-minute presentations during club meetings, followed by a discussion. They’re flexible: a member can give them as a speech project, or a club can use them as part of a leadership training program.

Key Details about the Series:

  • Purpose: To provide practical leadership knowledge and skills in an easy-to-digest workshop format.

  • Audience: Toastmasters members (but also applicable to professional/workplace leadership).

  • Format: Each module comes with a script, a PowerPoint or outline, and a handout for participants.

  • Recognition: Presenting these modules can count toward educational credit in the legacy program, but even under Pathways they’re still valuable for leadership growth.
