Pathways Enhancements Arrived October 2025.
|
|
|
|
Toastmasters International has announced and implemented
important enhancements to the Pathways learning
experience. Beginning in October 2025, new requirements
were added to existing paths with the goal of
strengthening the overall success and quality of our
clubs. |
|
|
|
This update includes a new section in each level that
outlines required meeting roles and specific ways those
roles contribute to learning in that level. |
|
|
|
Additionally, Levels 3, 4, and 5 now introduce members
to the
Successful Club Series, the
Better Speaker Series, and the
Leadership Excellence Series. To
complete these levels, members will improve their
communication/leadership skills by giving presentations
from these series to support club excellence. |

communication, and enhancing public
speaking. The path culminates in a
project where you apply your leadership
skills to achieve a real-world goal. |

lets you apply what you’ve learned. |

Great news! TI has
made some exciting updates to Pathways!
While the “legacy” paths (like Effective
Coaching, Innovative Planning,
Leadership Development, Strategic
Relationships, and Team Collaboration)
are no longer open for new enrollment
after October 1, 2025, those who are
already part of these paths can continue
their journey under the new system,
albeit with a simplified experience.
We’re thrilled to see how you’ll grow
with the new enhancements and look
forward to supporting you all the way!
Pathways now includes both
Educational Presentations and
Meeting Leadership Experience,
reinforcing skills that support your
growth and the strength of your club.
