PATHWAYS ENROLLMENT & PROGRESS CHECKLIST
A quick, no-stress checklist for members and officers

Use this checklist to confirm you’re set up correctly in Pathways and that your progress is recorded accurately. It’s designed to remove friction (not add pressure) and to make it easier to know what to do next.

This page includes two versions: a Member Checklist and an Officer Checklist, plus a short Shared Reminder to keep expectations realistic and supportive.

Member Checklist

Area Checklist Item
Enrollment ☐ I am enrolled in Pathways.
☐ I have selected at least one Path.
☐ I can successfully log in to Base Camp.
Project Readiness ☐ I know which project I am currently working on.
☐ I understand what counts as credit for my next project.
☐ I know which meeting roles apply to my Path.
Progress & Credit ☐ I checked that completed activities are marked complete.
☐ I submit projects only after finishing all requirements.
☐ I know who to contact if something doesn’t show as completed.
Support ☐ I know who my mentor or VP Education is.
☐ I know where to find Pathways help or quick guides.
☐ I’m comfortable asking questions before submitting a project.

Helpful Tip (Member)

You don’t need to “catch up.” Pathways is designed so you start from where you are, not from where you think you should be.

Officer Checklist

Area Checklist Item
Enrollment Verification ☐ Member is enrolled in Pathways.
☐ Member has selected a Path.
☐ Member can access Base Camp without issues.
Clarity & Guidance ☐ Member understands what their next project is.
☐ Member knows which meeting roles count.
☐ Member understands when to submit vs. when to wait.
Progress Oversight ☐ Submitted projects meet all stated requirements.
☐ Credits are verified before approval.
☐ Discrepancies are addressed early (not after rejection).
Support Systems ☐ Member knows who to contact for help.
☐ Mentors understand the current Pathways rules.
☐ Expectations are explained without jargon.

Helpful Tip (Officer)

If members are confused, assume the system — not the member — needs clarification. Clear guidance prevents stalled progress.

Shared Reminder

Reminder Keep expectations realistic and supportive
Not a race Pathways is not a race.
Verification Verification is part of the design.
Ask early Asking questions early saves time later.
Credit Progress counts when requirements are met — not when pressure is applied.

Tip: Print this page or copy/paste a section into a club email, newsletter, or training handout.
